They built it on time and on budget and I haven’t had any warranty issues in the year since it was completed. The post-closing punch out list was completed per our agreed schedule. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Stress Free Construction.

A lot of small details big box builders don’t think of are included in our home-peloton/gym off master, stand alone garden tub, laundry upstairs, crown and granite throughout home. Once we closed we had a few items on our punch list and the owner was very responsive and resolved all of our issues. All of his subs are very professional and show up on time. Thanks Dave and Fred

Stress Free Construction did a wonderful job renovating my retail building on S. Dale Mabry in Tampa. Buck and Chris came up with a beautiful design both inside and outside. The building looks modern and completely different than before the renovations. I was kept current on every step of the renovation process through their software. I was thrilled that any change, fixture, or paint color had to be approved in writing by me through the online portal. I had access to the budget, actual money spent, and the schedule of all activity. As a woman, I especially loved their communication and attention to detail. We’d heard plenty of nightmare stories about first homes, roofs that needed replacing in under two years, hidden issues with mold. A friend mentioned that it might be better to build a home. I spent some years working in construction, so I reached out to a few friends in the business about builders they would recommend. One name came up too many times to ignore, Stress Free Construction. I have to say, never in my 40 years as a consumer have I received such attentive personalized care. As you can imagine, when building a home there are times that can seem stressful or nerve wracking. Not so when you deal with Stress Free Construction! Buck and Chris were always just a phone call away, or a quick pop into their office for some face to face time, to ease our minds about the smallest details. We were updated on progress regularly and in depth and given timeline adjustments weekly. At the end of the project we actually ended up ahead of schedule and with enough money left over in the budget for a full fence for the back yard! I truly can’t say enough kind things about this company. In a dog eat dog world, it’s refreshing to have a company stand proudly by their work and bring so much care and attention to detail to their product.
